ok iv tryed to make my own templates with the skeleton script,

iv added my own theme to:

header, see here http://www.linkspalt.com/header.html
body, see here http://www.linkspalt.com/body.html
footer, see here http://www.linkspalt.com/footer.html

ok now every time i upload those files to admin/template i get fatel errors

could some one look at the posted file codes and tell me were iv gone wrong,
