I dont know this topic is posted before or not...I look for forum ..but I could not find anywhere..I like to how I can import link from other sites other than DMOZ...is there any way I can do by ADP..thnaks in advance

I already installed LW ... and using LW I could import link from my deried sites...But I dont know how I will save that file...and at where I will upload in PHPMYADMIN...I dont should I save it as sql file or txt file ..Please let me...thanks in advance
