I am trying ti install ADP to my site, I am stuck at installation instructions Number 2

2. Point your web browser to ADP database install/upgrade script:
http://www.your-website.com/admin/install.php

Note: "./admin/database.php" file will be updated during installation.

Where exactly do I point my browser????

I logged into my MySQL site (GoDaddy) /Starfield Technology

and tried to import the file install but keep getting error message:

ERROR: Unknown Punctuation String @ 1
STR: <?
SQL: <?php
also something about syntax line1

You need to make ./admin/database.php writeable by the server so when you install by going to http://yoursite.com/admin/install.php it can save your database settings into that file.
