Try to reindex that URL again, see if you get same errors for the same URLs. Your server might have been overloaded at that time with multiple database queries. Were you running more than one or two spiders at the same time? I've noticed a similar problem when you try to index many URLs with multiple spiders at the same time you get database server overloaded.
